To be eligible for a return, you must prove the product/service was not provided as described in the initial purchase. Please message us as email@example.com first and we can help to resolve or refund any dispute.
Due to the nature of he business and many different services we provide its hard to give an exact specification of refunds. If you feel the service provided did not meet expectation then you will first need to:
- Write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide a copy of your invoice or your registered email if you have an account with us.
- Give us details on why you are asking for a refund for this product/service/subscription.
At this point we will inspect the work, and consult with you whether you would like it fixed first. We do not provide a full refund on any website after it has passed over to you as at this point it can be copied and used again.
If it is a subscription we assess whether the criteria has been met as of the initial planning. If we have not met the requirements in the package or custom request then we will give a full refund. If the criteria has been met but you are still not happy, please contact us first for refunds on subscriptions to see how we can help out.
Logos are only refundable if you have purchased the product online first and then decided you dont like the final design. If you have received the product with out a sample overlay then we reserve the right to refuse a refund as the product can effectively be copied.
What If I Dont Want it Fixed? | Websites
If you wish to ask for a full refund it must be before you receive the website, in the end planning stage.
If this is built on your pre existing WordPress hosting that you have access too, then only a partial refund can be given as the website can also have been copied in the mean time. Even in the end planning stage.
- A full refund will be given if the design has not met specification given and the customer does not want it fixed prior to the migration of the website.
- A partial refund will be offered if the website has been transferred or is already in the access of the client and the design specifications have not been met.
- No refund will be given if the website has met the specification given on the initial brief.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on the service we may be able to exchange the product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for more information.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
